By using SuperPulse you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you are confirming you are allowed to.
You post on Instagram the way you always have. SuperPulse takes posts you have already made and runs them as ads to people near your shop. We choose which posts to run, set the radius, split the daily budget across your locations, and stop the ones that are not working.
You connect your own Instagram professional account and your own Meta ad account. You can disconnect either whenever you want.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business, the Instagram account and the ad account you connect. Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
£27 + VAT per location per month if you sign up on or before Sunday 19 July 2026, and you stay on that price for as long as your subscription keeps running. Two locations is £54 + VAT a month, and so on.
From Monday 20 July 2026 the price is £47 + VAT per location per month. Two locations is £94 + VAT a month, and so on.
Either way we bill monthly by Stripe, on the card you give us at checkout. Locations you add later are charged at the same rate as the rest of your account. If you are billed in another currency, the price for your country is shown at checkout.
Adding a location part way through a month charges the new total for a full month there and then, credits the unused part of what you already paid, and moves your renewal date to that day. The exact figures are shown to you before anything is charged.
White glove support is optional. Tick it at checkout and it is £500 + VAT a month on top of the per location price, billed the same way, on the same date. Ask us and we will take it off.
This is the one people get wrong, so it is worth reading twice. The subscription above is what you pay us for running SuperPulse. Your ad spend is a separate thing.
Ad spend is the daily budget you set, and Meta bills it straight to your own Meta ad account, on your own card. It never passes through us and we take no cut of it.
The ad account is yours. The campaigns, the audiences and the performance history inside it are yours. If you leave SuperPulse, all of it stays with you.
Cancel any time from Settings in your dashboard. There is no notice period and no minimum term, and you do not have to get anyone on the phone to do it. Cancelling stops the next payment, so you are not billed again.
Cancelling runs through Stripe. Before you confirm, Stripe shows you the date your subscription ends. That is the date your ads stop. If that date is not what you were expecting, message us before you confirm and we will sort it.
The monthly subscription is not refunded. That is the per location per month fee set out above. If you cancel, the month you have already paid for is not refunded, and we do not bill you again after it.
Ad spend is not ours to refund. Meta bills it straight to your own ad account, on your own card, and it never comes to us.

SuperPulse runs on Meta. Everything we do for you happens inside Instagram and your Meta ad account, which means Meta has the final say on all of it.
Meta can put a security hold on your ad account, disable it, reject an ad, ask you to verify who you are, or change its rules with no warning. Any of that can stop SuperPulse working for you, and none of it is something we can override.
When it happens we will tell you what has gone wrong and what to do about it. Some of it we can sort from our side. Some of it only you can, because it is your ad account and Meta will only take the instruction from the person who owns it. We will stay with you until it is unstuck. We cannot promise Meta will move quickly, and we are not responsible for what Meta decides to do with your account.
You are responsible for what is in the posts we run. Do not use SuperPulse to advertise anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, anything you are not allowed to advertise, or anything that breaks Meta's advertising policies. Do not connect a business, an Instagram account or an ad account that is not yours. Do not try to interfere with the service or get at it in ways we have not provided for. We can suspend an account that does any of this.
Your posts, your Instagram account and your ad account stay yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service for you, and nothing beyond that. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
We do not guarantee any particular result, including any level of views, reach, followers, bookings or sales. What advertising does for you depends on your posts, your prices, your area and your competition, and we control none of those.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SuperPulse. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can leave at any time (see Cancelling above). We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we will tell you first and we will not bill you for a month you do not get.
When your account ends we stop running your ads and we delete or de-identify your stored data as described in the privacy policy. Your ad account, and everything in it, stays with you.
We may update these terms. If a change affects what you pay, how you are billed, or what the service does, we will tell you before it takes effect. Carrying on using SuperPulse after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
