Superpulse is an AI-powered Instagram post boosting service operated by Huddle Duck Ltd. We automatically boost your Instagram posts to reach local audiences, helping your business grow its Instagram presence without manual effort.

What Data We Access
When you connect your Instagram account to Superpulse via Facebook Login, we request the following permissions:
Instagram & Page Data
- Your Instagram posts, engagement metrics, and insights (likes, comments, saves, views, follower demographics) — so our AI can decide which posts to boost and measure performance.
- Your Facebook Page information — to identify which Instagram account is connected and to create ad campaigns on your behalf.
- A list of Pages you manage — so you can select which business to connect during setup.
Advertising Data
- Ad account access — to create, manage, and monitor boost campaigns for your Instagram posts.
- Ad performance metrics — impressions, spend, clicks, reach, and profile visits — to report on campaign performance and optimise future decisions.
- Business Manager access — to identify and connect your ad account during onboarding.
Contact Information
- Your email address — to send you notifications about boost activity and performance reports.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the Superpulse service:
- Automated post boosting — Our AI analyses your Instagram posts and automatically creates, manages, and optimises ad campaigns to boost them to local audiences.
- Performance monitoring — We track campaign metrics (impressions, spend, clicks, reach, profile visits) to adjust budgets, targeting, and duration in real time.
- Reporting — We display performance data on your Superpulse dashboard and in email reports.
- Service improvement — Aggregated, anonymised performance data helps us improve our AI decision-making over time.
We do not use your data to:
- Sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Train AI models on your content
- Access your direct messages or private conversations
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored in an encrypted database (Turso/LibSQL) hosted by Vercel.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically before expiry.
- All data transfer uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Access to your data is restricted to authorised Superpulse systems and personnel only.
Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf. This is the core function of the service.
- Stripe — to process your subscription payments. Stripe receives your billing information only.
We do not share your data with any other third party.
Data Retention
- Active subscription: Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
- After cancellation: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted.
- Ad performance data: Historical campaign metrics may be retained in anonymised, aggregated form for service improvement.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — view what we store via your Superpulse dashboard or by emailing us.
- Delete your data — request deletion by emailing asad@huddleduck.co.uk. We will delete all your data within 30 days.
- Revoke access — remove Superpulse's access to your Instagram and ad accounts at any time via Meta Business Settings (Settings > Business Integrations > Superpulse > Remove).
- Export your data — request a copy of your data by emailing us.
Cookies
Superpulse uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Superpulse dashboard.
